Moving is hard! Moving to one of the most competitive real estate markets (San Jose) is even harder. Thankfully, we had Sydney Ereno to help us navigate the very fast moving market. We had a very short time frame and we lived out of state, so we were dealing with Sydney over the phone a lot. She was always available and very responsive if we couldn't get in touch right away. When we flew to San Jose for our first house hunting trip and met her in person, we knew it was going to be a good partnership. She is so calm and collected and works very hard to educate you and set expectations. She has in-depth knowledge on all the neighborhoods in San Jose (Blossom Valley, Willow Glen, etc) and was able to steer us in the right direction for the house we wanted. The really surprising part for us was how engaged she was, not just throughout the process, but afterwards as well. When we needed recommendations on contractors, gardeners, or even a place to eat, she was our best resource. We are still in touch with her three months later! We definitely give Sydney top marks without reservation.

My husband and I have had to move a lot, thus have bought and sold 7 homes. We have never worked with such an incredible realtor as Sydney. She has sold two homes for us and I recommend her without a bit of hesitation. She really does go the extra mile to get the job done well for those lucky enough to be her clients.

Sydney has to be the best realtor in the South Bay. She had to do a lot of hand-holding with us, and she never batted an eye. The bottom line on Sydney goes something like this: we are very happy with the sale of our old house and thrilled with the purchase of our new one. Even after the sale of both properties was closed, Sydney was still working to support us while we moved, meeting contractors and such at our new house while we were at work. You'll get top dollar for your current house, you'll make an offer that will be just right for the house you want, and you'll get the hardest working agent there is. (That's pretty good!)

Sydney did an absolutely amazing job selling our house and buying a new one. We have two kids and we both work so buying a house is not an easy task. Sydney made this process a lot easier than we anticipated. She was there handling both transactions at the same time. Selling the house, scheduling inspections, getting contractors in to fix items, staging the house. The list really goes on and on of all the things she was handling. I would call it super white glove service. She basically worked around the clock to make sure both transactions closed on time. Every day we would have a update from Sydney with clear indication of where each house is in the process and what the next steps are. My experience with the real estate market is limited, but I can't imagine that agents get any better than Sydney! My husband and I started looking for our first home in September 2012. The market was starting to go crazy. We had friends who had been on the market for a while and ended up with horror stories before they finally had an offer accepted. Limited inventory and multiple (often cash) offers on every property. We were expecting the same bad experience, and had fully come to terms that we were in the search for the long haul.
